Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, with some experience in data project management and design;

  • Familiar with data warehouse construction methods, including but not limited to: metadata management, index system construction, data development and testing tools and methods, data quality monitoring, master data management, and have their own thoughts on data design;

  • Be familiar with Hadoop, hive, spark, HBase, Clickhouse, Phoenix, flick, kylin, Doris and other big data technologies (proficient in hive and spark), understand MapReduce programming, and have relevant use and development experience;

  • Proficient in (above scale performance tuning, source level understanding and or engine modification) streaming computing framework (flash or spark) or offline computing framework (Hadoop or MPP) is preferred.

  • Proficient in Java and scala programming languages, familiar with Linux operating commands, and have a solid foundation in programming and data structure algorithm;

  • Proficient in ETL related technologies, with massive data processing experience and rich ETL development experience;

  • Proficient in at least one mainstream relational database, proficient in SQL programming, and experience in tidb;

  • Project experience in spark machine learning and graph calculation is preferred;

  • Have excellent business understanding ability, sensitive to data and strong logical analysis ability.

Job responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the construction of offline and real-time data warehouse of enterprise data, data connection, standardization and data analysis of multiple data sources;

  • Participate in the construction of business index system, lead and be responsible for data hierarchical design, theme design and dimension modeling, and formulate and implement data warehouse specifications and data governance;

  • Be responsible for the construction of the development core framework and participate in the detailed design of the bottom layer and important modules;

  • Participate in the construction of data center, open up data islands and tap the value of enterprise data.
