He once served as researcher of information network industry, director of research department and director of big data project of development research center of the State Council; Expert member of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development in the selection of pilot cities for smart city construction; Member of national expert pool of outlook think tank of Xinhua news agency; Member of the International Advisory Committee (IMI) of the Institute of International Monetary Studies, Renmin University of China.
He has more than ten years of working experience in industrial planning, industrial research and industrial big data application, and has led and completed the preparation of economic development plans and industrial development plans in the 12th Five Year Plan and the 13th five year plan in more than ten regions; Lead and complete the construction of big data decision support platform in five regions; Edit and review the application of big data center planning projects in the third batch of pilot cities of 15 national smart cities. He is currently the president of Link-X
